Tirana, as the capital of Albania, may be a big city with buildings and skyscrapers, but that doesn't mean there are no hidden natural gems in the suburbs of Tirana.

After picking up the travelers at their hotels, we will embark on our journey to Bovilla Lake, a man-made lake created by a 91-meter-high dam. All of Tirana's electricity and water supply comes from this lake. Besides its practical function, the lake has transformed into one of the most beautiful natural spots in Albania, offering stunning picturesque views.

To get a better view of this breathtaking site, we will drive up Gamti mountain. At an elevation of 850 meters, the road ends, and there is a 10-minute hike up the rocky slopes of the mountain. Upon reaching the summit, you will encounter one of the most amazing views in Albania. On our way back, we will make a brief stop for coffee at a restaurant atop the mountain.

After rejuvenating, we will head towards Dajti mountain. To reach the summit, we will use the special transportation of the Tirana Cable Car. It is one of the longest cable cars in the Balkans, offering you 20 minutes to savor the beautiful view of Tirana from the clouds. Upon arrival at the top, we will find our way to Dajti National Park. Situated at an elevation of 1,200 meters, you can relish the clean, fresh mountain air, the splendid natural formations, and various activities offered in the park, such as horseback riding, airsoft gun shooting, and off-road 4x4 vehicles for exploring the park, and more.

After enjoying our time at the park, we will continue our journey across the mountain. The road unfolds stunning views of the natural mountain formations that are hard to forget. As we delve deeper into the mountains, we will uncover the hidden trail to Shen Gjergji waterfall. We will walk for 20 minutes through the enchanting forest, featuring ponds of water, wildlife, and small rivers formed by the waterfall. At the end of the trail, you will discover Shen Gjergji waterfall. You are free to savor the crystal-clear waters of the waterfall before returning to the car for our journey back.
